Our Values
KCC Vision: We exist to help people know God, encounter His presence, and walk in obedience.
At KCC, our core values are more than words on a page - they are biblical principles that shape our culture, guide our decisions, and reflect the heart of Jesus. These values influence how we worship, how we lead, how we serve, and how we love people. They remind us that church is not simply something we attend; it is a family we belong to and a Kingdom we are called to represent.
As we pursue our mission to help people Know God, Encounter His Presence, and Walk in Obedience, our values keep us focused on what matters most - growing in Christ, honoring one another, and living as His ambassadors.
2 Corinthians 5:20
Authenticity: Unmasked
We believe in being honest, transparent, and real in all we do.
Authenticity means we do not hide behind titles, filters, or fear. We create a space where we can be open, honest and transparent to help each other grow in truth and love.
Scripture: 1 Timothy 1:5, Colossians 3:9–10
Celebrate: Shout It Out!
We cheer for one another and celebrate every win — big or small.
Celebration is not just an event; it is a culture. We thank God for what He has done, we honor growth in others, and we rejoice in testimonies of breakthrough.
Scripture: Psalm 95:2, Psalm 126:3
Unity:
One Mind, One Purpose
Unity is being aligned in heart, spirit and purpose. It calls us to surrender our desires and pursue what pleases the Lord’s heart - so we can faithfully carry out the mission He has entrusted to us together.
Scripture: John 17:21, Philippians 2:2
Honor:
Honor All, Love Deeply
We intentionally outdo one another in honor showing love, respect and value. We choose to see the God-given worth in every person and we celebrate them outwardly.
Scripture: Romans 12:10, 1 Peter 2:17
Stewardship: Time, Treasure, Talent — All His
Everything we have belongs to the Lord. We faithfully manage what God has entrusted to us. We work with excellence, use resources wisely, and live with eternal perspective.
Scripture: Colossians 3:23–24, Psalm 24:1
Generosity: Open Hands, Open Heart
We give because we love.
Generosity flows from gratitude. We live open-handed — ready to bless, serve, and sow into what God is building. Generosity expands impact and reflects the heart of the Father.
Scripture: Proverbs 11:25, Acts 20:35, Luke 6:38
Excellence: God’s Best Deserves Our Best
We pursue excellence in everything we do.
Excellence is not perfectionism — it is honoring God with our effort. We prepare diligently, serve faithfully, and follow through with integrity. Whether seen or unseen, we do it unto the Lord.
Scripture: Colossians 3:23, Proverbs 22:29
